Exhibit Times
Exhibitors will have access to tables for setting up exhibits from approximately 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, 2008. All exhibits are to be completed and manned from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Friday, October 3, 2008 and from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 4, 2008.
Dismantling may not begin until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. All exhibits must be removed from the exhibit area by 3:00 p.m. that same day.

Check for exhibiting should be made payable to LDA of Missouri and mailed with this completed application form to:

Use of Space
All demonstrations or promotional activities must be confined to the limits of the exhibit area designated to each exhibitor. Any noise must not interfere with other exhibitors. No exhibitor shall assign, sublet, or share the space allotted and must show only goods manufactured or dealt in by them in the regular course of business. No firm or organization not assigned exhibit space will be permitted to solicit business within the hotel. NO signs, apparatus, lighting fixtures, etc., will be permitted in excess of 8’ height. No interference with the light or space of other exhibitors will be permitted.
Liability
The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor’s activities on the hotel premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LDA of Missouri, the LDA of Missouri Board of Directors, Tan-Tar-A Hotel & Resort, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.

Care of Building and Equipment
Exhibitors or their agents must not injure or deface the walls or floors of the building, the booths, or the equipment of the booths. When such damage appears, the Exhibitor is liable to the owner of the property so damaged. All materials used in decoration must be flame proof. Combustible materials or explosives are not permitted within the hotel.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation and request for refund must be made in writing to LDA of Missouri no later than August 29, 2008. A $50 service fee will be charged on all refunds. NO REFUND will be made after this date.
Meal Functions
One complimentary conference registration, without Friday Awards Luncheon tickets, will be given to accepted exhibitors. (If you would like to attend the luncheon, please enclose an additional $20. Lunch is not included in your exhibitor registration fee.
Booth Information
One 8 x 10 booth includes one 6’ X 30" skirted table, two chairs, & wastebasket. (Additional tables/chairs are available – see application form for prices.)
Booth Reservations
Booth spaces will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis upon receipt of the Application and Contract form and the required payment. Booth numbers and additional information will be sent to exhibitors approximately 2 weeks prior to conference.
