DIANE CHRISTODOULOU MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP |
| I. Purpose | |
- To aid students in Missouri with learning disabilities in their endeavors to pursue higher education.

| II. Eligibility | |
- Any Missouri graduating student with learning disabilities who can meet college entrance requirements.
|
|
| III. Application Procedures | |
| - Application forms may be obtained by contacting LDA of MO. Click here to obtain a printable scholarship form. - Responses to the questions on the application form may be answered in any manner: typed, handwritten, taped, etc. - Applications must be accompanied by the following: |
|
| 1. A copy of the front page of the applicant's current or most recent IEP. 2. A one-page cover letter from a teacher, counselor, or administrator answering the question, "Why do you think this student should be awarded this scholarship?" 3. A statement from teacher, counselor or administrator regarding student's potential for completion of a post-secondary program. 4. A high school transcript. 5. A picture suitable for reproduction. |

IV. Criteria for Selection |
|
|
- The nature of the student's learning disability and strengths.
|
| V. Amount of Scholarship | |
| - $400. If finances permit, more than one scholarship may be granted. | |
